When we design a bike for you, we think it only logical to discuss your choice of components at the very beginning of the design collaboration – not when we have your frame in our hands. This allows us the opportunity to best design a complete cycling package – not just a collection of expensive parts! For instance the drop, reach and shape of handlebars differ from brand to brand (and even inter-brand). As does the setback on various seatposts and the “sweet-spot” on various saddles. These differences will affect your position on the bike and need to be factored into the frame design.
