Overview

This Synapse build is a well-balanced endurance machine with an emphasis on light weight.

A skinny 25.4mm carbon seatpost, together with those trademark ultraslim seatstays, provides a natural cushioning effect to absorb the worst of rough surfaces, but Cannondale have dialled in stiffness where it matters to ensure a fast, efficient ride without wasted energy.

They've long been champions of lightweight bikes, and this shows in the carefully selected blend of Cannondale "in house" components. From the legendarily stiff and light SiSL2 HollowGram cranks to the equally impressive carbon wheelset (complete with DT Swiss rear hub internals).

This is a true performance bike for those who want to go fast and far.
