Cannondale never gave up on aluminium. The CAAD 10 was incredibly popular with racers: lightweight, fast and reasonably priced, letting you spend more on the components. The CAAD 12 shows no signs of abandoning this legacy.
The CAAD12 takes Cannondale's SmartForm C1 Premium aluminium, and adds their own BallisTec Carbon fork for a reactive, lightweight and fast frame. The addition of disc brakes makes the CAAD 12 a hot prospect for so many riders.
This build started with the frameset, though numerous iterations of completes are also available. Electronic shifting with Ultegra, which also brings hydraulic braking to the table. Cannondale's lightweight Hollowgram Si crankset adds a nice design touch into the mix.
The customer provided her own wheels for this build, Stan's rims to Hope hubs, for a great tubeless set up with Schwalbe G-One tyres.
