This gorgeous gravel-ready Moots is an absolute feast of fine details. At the heart of it is that titanium frameset, handmade in the USA with those perfect Moots welds.
The Routt 45, as the name implies, accepts tyres up to 45mm wide, and together with the legendary smoothness of Ti and stable handling (combined with shortened seat stays) it makes the ideal partner for long adventures or short blasts, whatever the surface.
ENVE contact points are always a great partner for Moots frames, in aesthetics and in spirit; US-made and designed for strength without harshness. They're matched here with ENVE's gravel-specific G23 wheelset.
The SRAM gruppo is found here in 1x form, but there's nothing missing except that second front chainring... Wireless electronic shifting keeps cables to a minimum and allows for easy gear changes with a minimum of effort, and the massive range of the 10-50 tooth cassette means you won't be short of gears to choose from, even on the steep stuff. There's even the Quarq power meter neatly integrated into the crankset, helping ensure you don't waste a single Watt.
Chris King are of course another precision-obsessed US manufacturer, and their headset and bottom bracket (with even the ball bearings made in-house) look particularly stunning in the limited edition Matte Punch colourway. Raw titanium King Cages (no relation) are the natural choice to accompany them.
René Herse offer their Hurricane Ridge tyres in a range of different casings, allowing you to choose between the ultimate in light weight, maximum puncture resistance, or somewhere in between. These are the Endurance model, which sit in that sweet spot in the middle, combining reinforced sidewalls with sensibly low weight. Their tread pattern is ideal for those who like to push hard in the corners, something this titanium thoroughbred will do with relish.
