When you buy a Parlee, and particularly a Z-Zero, you're not buying a 'disposable' carbon bike, you're investing in a long-term relationship with a frame that's built to last. Classic geometry and meticulous hand-crafted construction means that this is a bike you can treasure, and rely upon, for many years to come.
Recently we were pleased to welcome back this Z-Zero for a periodic refresh and overhaul. After all, if you're keeping a bike for the long haul it's nice to mix things up once in a while.
eeBrakes are a popular choice for Z-Zero builds. Superlight (just over 80g per caliper in this traditional mount design) and precision engineered with a mix of alu, stainless steel and titanium. These are the latest G4 version, now optimised for use with wider rims and with easier adjustment on the fly.
Those Lightweight Meilenstein Obermayers are still one of the main attractions - the lightest yet most rigid version of these elite full-carbon wheels.
But it's the custom paint that really stands out. Green and gold, meticulously detailed and with a deep pearlescent sheen. That's part of the beauty of these classic frames, if you want to change things up a few years down the line we can repaint them, with any colour and design you can imagine.
So if you've already got a Parlee of your own that you'd like to refresh, or are thinking about getting one and want to investigate the paint options, just get in touch.
