After our recent detour into the world of Specialized Gloss Red we're back in the world of stealth black...
This is the ever-popular S-Works Tarmac Disc in the "standard" Specialized build that is of course anything but ordinary.
S-Works Power cranks as standard, plus the fast mid-section Roval CLX50 carbon wheelset, running on CeramicSpeed bearings (with DT Swiss 240 hub internals). CeramicSpeed also provide the bottom bracket bearings - a pretty impressive statement of intent, this is not a bike for going slow.
We're also fans of the wonderfully supple 320TPI Turbo Cotton tyres, they're brilliantly fast rolling and have a remarkably plush feel (aided by a very modern 26mm width). Those tan walls really bring the bike to life, along with the super-crisp holo decals on the frame.
