The new Trek Émonda is here (read more about it on our blog) and we were privileged to get our hands on one prior to launch, to bring you this detailed photo gallery.
This Project One build features the new Aeolus RSL integrated bar and stem, with its aero profile and neat internal cable routing.
Also present are Bontrager's new Aeolus RSL 37 carbon wheels - weighing in at just 1325g per pair and with a useful 37mm depth, these are the perfect complement to the Émonda - light for climbing but with a touch of aero benefit.
But the star is that new frame. OCLV 800 is Trek's strongest, lightest carbon yet, and has allowed them to make a frame more than light enough to merit the Émonda name, sub-700g, yet with the added aero advantages of KVF tube profiles.
Trek's H1.5 geometry is a welcome feature too, giving a performance-focused position that isn't too extreme, and allowing for a wide range of fit options. This isn't purely a bike for the climbs, it's also designed to be swift and stable on the descents and comfortable for long days in the saddle.
We're Trek and Project One specialists, get in touch to discuss your own Émonda, whether a custom build or off the peg. Either way we'll ensure the perfect fit.
