Welcome to Bespoke Cycling 2025 Bike of the Year.

We have worked with some amazing clients on some incredible builds this year. As our ever popular build gallery approaches 10 years of showcasing dream bikes, we wanted to pick out the absolute creme de la creme of builds we've completed over the past 12 months.

Narrowing it down to a list of favourites was tricky - we used staff input, client feedback and social media reaction to put together this list of the best new bike builds we completed in 2024.

So enjoy perusing some incredible bikes, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all the team at Bespoke Cycling.

ENVE Melee "Cybertruck"

A futuristic build that takes advantage of modern advancements in road bike tech; progressive geometry ENVE Melee frameset with wide clearance and a comfortable ride, plus uses SRAM's slick and super modular 1x groupsets with a single chainring paired with a 10-44 cassette for a clean interface.

This build has been ripping the streets of London on a 60 km each way commute all year and shows no sign of slowing down yet.

S-Works Tarmac SL8 "P." Comission

This was a special build for us as our team at Bespoke had a lot of say in the specificiation and even the paint design. We thought hard and had mutiple members of the team working on the ideas for this bike at any one time.

The paint was completed by the skilled and talented artists Bex and Ali from Fat Creations - there's a hidden logo you may recognise in the paint, plus the mix of raw weave carbon and bright blue teal logos under a high-gloss finish absolutely pops.

Naturally the spec is equally high-end, with the highlight being the limited edition 3D printed titanium Ceramicspeed OSPW rear derailler pulley.

Go anywhere Mosaic GT1-45

It could barely be a bike of the year without a Mosaic. The brands first visit to the UK this year was special for us as we got a chance to meet the team having known them 'virtually' for 6 years, and invite clients both new and old to speak to the craftsmen building these incredibly finished titanium frames.

This particularly GT1-45 is built for everything - potentially a cliche nowadays, but that was the brief for this Mosaic and so every component in the spec had to compliment this goal.

The finished product is a road bike, gravel bike, bikepacking bike..everything bike. Of course the paint completed in house by the incredible artists at Mosaic is a standout feature - inspired by Oak Green Metallic made famous by the custom paint division of German car manufacture, this build is a true Grand Tourer.

World traveller Moots Routt CRD

One of the most interesting and demanding project this season, this build was completed with exchange of over 200 emails - we love these projects as clients who know what they want, ask questions and make decisions mean we can build the best bike possible.

Built for the foul conditions of everyday commuting and road-riding in Ireland, we took what is marketed as a gravel frame, but amped up the road going capabilities by adding super light Princeton wheels and a dialled road & mountain bike mix SRAM drivetrain.

Two of the most highly detailed Mosaic GT-1 i45

We didn't rank this list in order, but if we did it's likely these TWO would have found the top spot.

One of these bikes was on display during our open week in November, and everyone from clients to brand representatives were simply in awe of this build. When other brands and industry insiders are taking photos on their phones, you know it's something special.

The frames are Mosaic GT-1 i45 framesets featuring Mosaic Artist Series Scale paint which are limited run paint schemes designed and completed by the in-house paint team at Mosaic.

Tom and team from Sturdy Cycles provide one of the highlights of the spec list; those are custom 3D Printed titanium, Cerakote anodised crank arms. Welcome to the future of bicycle design and fabrication.

The rarest production ENVE Melee LTD

We worked hard to secure two orders of the ENVE Melee LTD for clients and London, and this is about as rare as it gets for a modern production road bike. You'll hear about limited editions from other brands, usually a number of 200 - 500. But 50 of these Melee frames and cockpits were painted in Utah and only 4 arriving to the UK.

Produced in parternship with fellow American brand SRAM and the Red E1 groupset launch this summer, these designs feature deep marble candy red paint complimented by a subtle grey finish on the logos across the frame, cockpit and wheels.

This spec was then elevated to the max with Titanium Rainbow finish Ceramicspeed OSPW, and a playful take on bartape from Australian brand Burgh Cycling.

An S-Works Tarmac SL8 ode to the sun

We had a great year with Ali and Bex at Fat Creations. This is their third mention on our BOTY and it's their most detailed and classy work yet.

The S-Works Tarmac SL8 frameset is a shining example of a clean, simple design. But there are endless hidden details that have taken many hours in the paint booth to get right; Gold foil is tricky to work, but the effort input into this project leaves a dynamic and striking finish.

We love the simple yet elegent finish of this bike, and believe it's a great example of how to make your investment in a top-spec bike truly your own personal build.

Gloriously specced Moots MXC Titanium racing rig

Rounding out our list is a recent build of an almost otherworldly specification mountain bike.

Built for beach racing and singletrack across Scandinavia, we took a lot of time to discuss the components and setup with the client, ensuring each component had the right compatability and matched the brief perfectly.

The MXC has that awesome stance of a modern slow-slung geometry, and this titanium frame is built with the latest ENVE M5 Pro wheelset, ENVE Boost MTN fork and SRAM's Eagle XX SL drivetrain. The build comes in at an impressive 9.2 kg ready to ride and will be skipping across sand dunes for years to come.

Thank you to all of our clients, suppliers and friends for your support this season.

We can't wait to get started on 2025....
