With the recent increase in restrictions we've had to take the difficult decision to temporarily restrict the services we offer in-store.
We're committed to taking care of our staff and customers and continuing to serve you as safely and effectively as always.
Our team remain busy building and shipping new bikes and supporting our customers via phone and email throughout the current situation.
Currently we are offering New Bike Fits (on our Retül jig) only - we are not able to offer a fit service on your existing bike. However, we are constantly evaluating the situation, and working towards resuming our full range of bike fit options as soon as possible.

We have implemented a number of protocols to ensure that conditions are safe for everyone, including distancing within the store, regular sanitising, and provision of protective gloves/masks where required.
Due to exceptional demand and the time and space limitations imposed by safety protocols we have had to temporarily suspend our workshop/servicing facilities.
However, we are constantly evaluating the situation, and working towards resuming our full range of bike fit options as soon as possible.
