However much we love getting out on our bikes, it's not always possible, or practical, to fit in as many valuable training miles over the winter months.
Indoor training used to be regarded as a necessary evil for those looking to maintain their fitness all year round. Thankfully in recent years the improvements in turbo trainers, plus the advent of computer technology (and particularly "apps" like Zwift) have made things far more fun, and much more efficient.
The multitude of options can seem overwhelming, but we're here to help:

This modular system enables you to choose as much or as little as you want; start with just a trainer unit and build from there, or go full on "pain cave" with the addition of a climb simulator, headwind generator, even an adjustable desk for your laptop/tablet.
Hassle-free Setup and Installation
Getting started doesn't need to be a hassle - We can even come and install your new trainer package with our own Bespoke installation service, available within the M25*
We do all the setup and configuration, so that all you need to do is get on and pedal... Contact us for more information and to book an install.
*Please note: Home installations are currently paused due to COVID-19 restrictions. We aim to resume service as soon as it is safe to do so.
